Finding writers prepared to risk infantile wrath from the PC mob wasn't easy but enough printed books were produced to make the venture appear to be worthwhile - then the wheels fell off when independent professional mass book-binders became extinct and distributors proved themselves unreliable. Print-on-Demand production, of course, was an option to carry on but it's still an unknown commodity, so until it proves itself any further output will have to be in the medium of E-books.
