Here's how the Wuggles Way to self-publish works:

For all the very hard work Wuggles has to do to produce a proof copy for the writer to approve, there is a flat-rate charge of £333 payable when the writer approves the setting out of the interior of the book and another £333 when the writer is happy with cover design. A proof copy will then be sent to the writer for approval of the whole book. When the writer gives the go-ahead, Wuggles will order an initial box of books and send it to the writer. Thick books are obviously fewer in a standard-size box than skinny ones. On receipt of the box of books the writer will then send Wuggles a final cheque for £333.

When that has been cashed the writer can then order as many (or few) copies as required - at the author's own expense, naturally.

 So what do you get for your total layout of £999? 

You get this lot : 

1) - Professional editing of the book’s interior text. 

2) - A cover design of your choice. 

3) - A free ISBN. 

4) – A free proof copy. 

5) – One free revision of the book if you wish to make alterations to the book’s cover or interior text after receiving the proof copy. 

6) – A copy sent to all six copyright libraries at Wuggles’ expense. 

7) - Wuggles will arrange publicity - things like local (for the author) book signings and a piece in the author’s local paper as well as putting the advent of the book on the Internet and anything else he can think of. If the author has any ideas of promotion, just tell Wuggles and he will do everything in his power to assist. 

You get all of this for a total price of £999 !
